If you purchased a physically shipped product from our store (ie Beyond TV 4 CD or Beyond Media CD + Firefly) or if you purchased the product from an online e-tailer (e.g. newegg.com, amazon.com) and a retailer (e.g. Fry's, Microcenter), your product key may not be linked to your e-mail address. In these cases, find your original physical media and look for a product key affixed to the sleeve holding the CD.
